For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TRIM9 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family, which contains three zinc-binding domains (a RING, a B-box type 1, and a B-box type 2) and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to cytoplasmic bodies, but its precise function remains unidentified.
Alternative splicing of this gene produces two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
