Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CHCHD3 is a component of the MICOS complex, a large protein complex of the mitochondrial inner membrane that maintains crista junctions, inner membrane architecture, and contact sites with the outer membrane.
It also functions as a transcription factor binding to the BAG1 promoter to repress BAG1 transcription.
CHCHD3 plays an essential role in maintaining MICOS complex stability and mitochondrial cristae morphology.
