Target Information

Nucleoside diphosphate kinase B (NDPK-B) is an enzyme encoded by the NME2 gene in humans. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer composed of isoforms A (NME1) and B (NME2). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encode the same isoform. Co-transcription of NME1 and NME2 generates transcripts encoding a fusion protein containing sequences from both gene products.
