For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) expressed in all nucleated hematopoietic cells, constituting about 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins. It is absent in non-hematopoietic tissues and cell lines. CD45 plays a critical role in lymphocyte development, antigen signaling, and regulation of Src-family kinases.
Multiple isoforms of CD45 arise from alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains but sharing identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions. CD45RA, one isoform, shows restricted expression among lymphoid subtypes. CD45 regulates T- and B-cell receptor signaling, modulates cytokine receptor pathways via suppression of JAK kinases, and influences cell survival, apoptosis, and integrin-mediated signaling.
