- In direct ELISAs, approximately 35% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Integrin beta 6 is observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Integrin beta 3 and beta 5 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
ITGB6 (Integrin alpha-V/beta-6) is a receptor for fibronectin and cytotactin, recognizing the R-G-D sequence in its ligands.
Internalization of integrin alpha-V/beta-6 via clathrin-mediated endocytosis promotes carcinoma cell invasion.
