Target Information
ITGB6 (Integrin alpha-V/beta-6) is a receptor for fibronectin and cytotactin, recognizing the R-G-D sequence in its ligands.
Internalization of integrin alpha-V/beta-6 via clathrin-mediated endocytosis promotes carcinoma cell invasion.
