Target Information
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 세린/트레오닌 키나아제이며 DNA 손상 센서로 작용합니다. DNA 스트레스 시 세포 주기 체크포인트 신호를 활성화하며, DNA 복제 및 유사분열 억제에 관여하는 여러 단백질을 인산화하고 활성화합니다. 또한 DNA 복구, 재조합, 세포사멸을 촉진하며, fragile site 안정성과 중심체 복제에도 중요합니다. 이 유전자의 결함은 Seckel syndrome 1의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.
