Qdot 나노결정은 반도체 물질로 구성되어 매우 밝고 내광표백성이 뛰어난 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우, Qdot 형광체는 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 밝은 형광 신호를 제공합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Human 2차 항체는 인간 면역글로불린에 대한 높은 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체입니다. 검출, 분류, 정제 등에 유용하며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환됩니다. 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상이 가능합니다. 일반적으로 목표 종의 면역글로불린 혼합물로 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생산되며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 단편화, 표지 결합 등을 통해 고특이적 시약으로 정제됩니다.
