Qdot™ 나노크리스탈은 반도체 재료로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색이 거의 없는 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우, Qdot™ 형광체는 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 밝은 신호를 제공합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 정의된 친화정제 항체입니다. 표적 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 유용하며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템에 적용 가능합니다. 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 면역원으로 사용하여 생산되며, 추가 정제 또는 변형(예: 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등)을 통해 높은 특이성을 지닌 시약으로 제조됩니다.
