Qdot 나노크리스탈은 반도체 소재로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광퇴색이 거의 없는 형광 입자를 생성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용할 경우 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 밝은 형광을 제공합니다.

Target Information

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 mouse immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 분류, 정제 등에 유용합니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템에 적용할 수 있으며, 1차 항체에 여러 2차 항체가 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물에 면역하여 생성되며, 추가적으로 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절단, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 정제됩니다.
