Qdot™ 나노크리스탈은 반도체 물질로 구성되어 매우 밝고 광표백에 강한 형광 입자를 형성합니다. 적절한 광학 필터와 함께 사용 시, 기존 유기 염료보다 최대 50배 더 밝은 신호를 제공합니다.
Target Information
Anti-Rabbit 2차 항체는 토끼 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화정제 항체입니다. 검출, 분류, 정제 등 다양한 용도로 사용되며 HRP, AP, 형광 등 여러 검출 시스템과 호환됩니다. 또한 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 감도를 제공합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물에 면역하여 생성되며, 친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 정제 및 변형됩니다.
