Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵을 가진 조혈세포에서 발현되는 receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP)로, 림프구 표면 단백질의 약 10%를 차지합니다. 비조혈세포에서는 발현되지 않으며, 림프구 발달과 항원 신호 전달에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CD45 단백질은 alternative splicing에 의해 여러 isoform으로 존재하며, 각 isoform은 세포 유형과 생리적 상태에 따라 발현 양상이 다릅니다. 또한 T- 및 B-세포 수용체 신호 조절, JAK kinase 억제, 세포 생존 및 면역 기능 조절에 관여합니다.
