Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target. Secondary antibodies provide versatility and increased sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, or label conjugation) to achieve high specificity.
