- 각 로트의 민감도는 ELISA로, 특이성은 면역전기영동(IEP)으로 검증됩니다.
- 사용 전 1.1 mL의 탈이온수를 가하여 상온에서 30분간 방치하여 완전히 용해시킵니다. (완전 복원을 위해 과충전되어 있음)
- 입자를 제거하기 위해 원심분리 후 사용하며, 매일 신선한 희석액을 준비해야 합니다.
- 수령일로부터 1년간 사용 가능하며, 희석 후 즉시 사용하고 폐기하십시오.
- 면역전기영동 기준, 비면역글로불린 마우스 혈청 단백질에 대한 반응성은 관찰되지 않습니다.

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies는 Mouse immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성이 검증된 친화 정제 항체입니다. 이러한 항체는 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 활용되며, 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)과 호환됩니다. 또한 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상이 가능합니다. 일반적으로 목표 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 이후 친화 크로마토그래피, 단편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 제조됩니다.
