Product Specific Information
Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve. (Product has been overfilled to ensure complete recovery.)
Centrifuge to remove any particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
Prepare working dilution prior to use and discard after use.
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin mouse serum proteins or human serum proteins.
Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility for multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide enhanced sensitivity via signal amplification.
Typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, followed by purification and modification (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
