Product Specific Information
- In ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant mouse CCL17, rhCCL17, or rhCCL21.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is < 0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
CCL22 may play a role in the trafficking of activated or effector T-lymphocytes to inflammatory sites and in other aspects of T-lymphocyte physiology. It is chemotactic for monocytes, dendritic cells, and natural killer cells. CCL22 acts as a mild chemoattractant for primary activated T-lymphocytes and a potent chemoattractant for chronically activated T-lymphocytes, but shows no activity for neutrophils, eosinophils, or resting T-lymphocytes. It binds to the CCR4 receptor.
