Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
Formalin 고정 조직의 염색에는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 열처리 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
Target Information
Periostin (PN), 또는 osteoblast-specific factor 2 (OSF-2)는 원래 osteoblast 특이적 인자로 분리된 이황화 결합 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 heparin과 결합하고, αVβ3 및 αVβ5 integrin의 리간드로 작용합니다. Preosteoblast에서 Periostin은 세포 부착 분자로 작용하며, osteoblast의 모집, 확산 및 부착에 관여합니다.
Periostin은 주로 위장관 하부, 대동맥, 위, 태반, 자궁 및 유방 조직에서 검출되며, 상피성 난소 종양 및 유방암에서 과발현됩니다.
BMP2 및 TGF-β1에 의해 Periostin 발현이 증가합니다.
Periostin은 신호 서열, cysteine-rich domain, insect protein fasciclin과 상동성을 보이는 네 번 반복된 도메인, 그리고 C-말단 도메인을 포함합니다.
