Product Specific Information
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using an EDTA buffer (pH 8.0) for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 10 minutes at room temperature.
A suggested positive control is HeLa cell lysate.
Target Information
DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and maturation of T lymphocytes.
It interacts with control elements in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter and other promoters expressed during early stages of B-cell and T-cell development.
