Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
RNF20 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates chromosome structure by monoubiquitinating histone H2B.
It selectively suppresses expression of certain genes, including proto-oncogenes and growth-related genes, by interfering with chromatin recruitment of transcription elongation factor SII (TFIIS).
RNF20 also positively regulates the p53 tumor suppressor and histone H2A/H2B genes.
Together with deubiquitinase USP44, RNF20 modulates stem cell differentiation via H2B monoubiquitination.
