Target Information
TRAM, 또는 TRIF-related adaptor molecule (TICAM2)은 TLR4의 MyD88-비의존적 신호 전달에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 혈관 내피세포에서 TRAM이 결여되면 TLR4 신호가 MyD88-의존 경로로 제한됩니다. 내피세포에서 TRAM cDNA를 과발현하면 LPS 유도 Trif-의존적 NF-κB 활성화 및 cxcl10 프로모터 활성을 재구성합니다.
