Target Information
HGS는 사이토카인 및 성장인자에 의해 매개되는 세포 내 신호전달에 관여합니다. STAM과 결합 시 IL-2 및 GM-CSF 자극에 의한 DNA 신호를 억제하며, PI3-kinase의 직접적인 효과기로 작용하여 초기 엔도솜을 통한 소포 경로를 조절할 수 있습니다. 또한 클라트린을 모집하여 초기 및 후기 엔도솜으로의 수송을 조절하고, 유비퀴틴화된 수용체를 클라트린 피복 영역 내에 집중시킬 수 있습니다. STAM과 복합체를 형성하면 receptor tyrosine kinase의 다운조절에 관여하며, 유비퀴틴화된 수용체를 인식하고 리소좀 분류 및 수송 과정으로 전달하는 sorting machinery로 작용합니다. 또한 HGS는 activin receptor 복합체로의 SMADs 모집에 기여할 수 있습니다.
