For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FBXO6 encodes a member of the F-box protein family, characterized by a ~40 amino acid F-box motif. These proteins form part of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex (SKP1–Cullin–F-box), which mediates phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
F-box proteins are classified into three groups:

1. Fbws – containing WD-40 domains
2. Fbls – containing leucine-rich repeats
3. Fbxs – containing diverse interaction modules or no recognizable motifs

FBXO6 belongs to the Fbxs class and has a C-terminal region highly similar to rat NFB42, which may play a role in cell cycle regulation.
