Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FBXO25 belongs to the F-box protein family, characterized by a ~40 amino acid F-box motif.
F-box proteins are subunits of the SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) ubiquitin ligase complex, which mediates phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
They are classified into three groups:
- Fbws: Contain WD-40 domains
- Fbls: Contain leucine-rich repeats
- Fbxs: Contain diverse protein–protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs
FBXO25 is part of the Fbxs class.
