Target Information
Peroxisome proliferator activated receptors (PPARs)는 핵 호르몬 수용체 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, peroxisome proliferators와 결합하여 특정 유전자의 전사를 유도합니다.
PPAR은 clofibric acid, nafenopin, WY-14,643 및 일부 지방산에 의해 활성화될 수 있으며, RXRα와 이합체를 형성하여 acyl-CoA oxidase 및 CYP450 A6 유전자의 발현을 조절합니다.
