Western blot 및 면역형광 실험에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다. Western blot에서 NIH-3T3 세포 용해물에서 약 56 kDa의 PPAR gamma 2 단백질을 검출합니다. 또한 PPAR gamma 2의 DNA 결합을 억제합니다.
면역원은 인간 PPAR gamma-2의 잔기 M(1)GETLGDSPIDPESDS(16)C에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드이며, PPAR gamma-1에는 보존되지 않은 서열입니다.
PA1-824는 차단 펩타이드 PEP-027과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Peroxisome proliferator activated receptors (PPARs)는 핵 호르몬 수용체 패밀리에 속하며, peroxisome proliferators와 결합하여 특정 유전자의 전사를 조절하는 리간드 의존성 단백질입니다.
PPARs는 clofibric acid, nafenopin, WY-14,643 및 일부 지방산에 의해 활성화됩니다. 또한 PPAR는 acyl-CoA oxidase 및 cytochrome P450 A6 유전자의 전사를 유도할 수 있습니다.
PPAR alpha는 linoleic, arachidonic, oleic acid 등 자유 지방산에 의해 활성화되며, 근육, 심장, 간, 신장에 주로 발현되어 지방산의 β-산화 관련 유전자 발현을 조절합니다.
PPAR gamma 2는 RXR alpha와 이합체를 형성하여 전사 활성 복합체를 구성합니다.
