Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TYMP (Thymidine Phosphorylase), also known as PD-ECGF or gliostatin, is a platelet-derived endothelial growth factor.
It catalyzes the reversible phosphorolytic cleavage of thymidine and deoxyuridine to their corresponding bases and 2-deoxyribose-1-phosphate.
Acts as a chemotactic and mitogenic factor for endothelial cells and contributes to angiogenesis.
Involved in the activation of fluoropyrimidine-based cytotoxic agents used in cancer therapy.
