- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Rat anti-Mouse CD200R antibody, clone OX-110 recognizes mouse CD200R, a cell surface glycoprotein (also known as OX2R).
Target Information
CD200R (OX2R) is a receptor for the OX-2 membrane glycoprotein, both being cell surface glycoproteins containing two immunoglobulin-like domains.
CD200R is restricted to myeloid lineage cells and may function as a myeloid downregulatory signal.
In mice, CD200R is expressed primarily by peripheral blood monocytes and neutrophils, and also by T-lymphocytes and mast cells.
Alternative splicing of CD200R results in multiple transcript variants.
Diseases associated with CD200R dysfunction include primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy.
