Target Information
IgE는 포유류에서 발견되는 다섯 가지 면역글로불린 클래스 중 하나입니다. IgE 단량체는 4개의 Ig 유사 상수 도메인을 가진 두 개의 무거운(ε) 사슬과 두 개의 가벼운 사슬로 구성되어 있습니다. IgE는 비만세포와 호염구의 Fc 수용체에 결합하여 제1형 과민반응(건초열, 천식, 두드러기, 아나필락시스 등)을 매개합니다. Fc 수용체에 결합된 IgE가 교차 결합되면 탈과립을 유도하여 알레르기 반응을 촉진합니다. 또한 IgE는 기생충에 대한 면역에서도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
