Target Information
MAPK9 (JNK2) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in the MAPK pathway.
JNK2 (p54a, SAPK1a), along with JNK1 and JNK3, plays a key role in nuclear signal transduction through environmental stress activation and subsequent phosphorylation of the nuclear transcription factor p53.
