Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MARK3 is a kinase involved in regulating cell polarity through phosphorylation of microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs). It becomes activated via phosphorylation and subsequently phosphorylates tau proteins MAP2 and MAP4. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for MARK3.
