Product Specific Information
The SA-DA4 monoclonal antibody reacts with the μ heavy chain of human IgM and does not cross-react with other immunoglobulin classes (IgD, IgG, IgA).
IgM is expressed intracellularly during early B lymphopoiesis and on the surface of mature B cells.
Non-B cell staining variability may occur due to donor differences or anticoagulant type. Sodium citrate is recommended as the anticoagulant to minimize non-specific staining.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Pre-diluted and validated for flow cytometry of normal human peripheral blood cells
- Recommended Use: 5 µL (0.25 µg) per test in 100 µL staining volume (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test)

Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 395 (BUV395) emits at 395 nm and is optimized for cytometers equipped with a 355 nm UV laser. Ensure compatibility before use.
When using multiple polymer-based dyes (Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (00-4409-75) to reduce non-specific polymer interactions.
