Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The TOMM34 protein is involved in the import of precursor proteins into mitochondria. It exhibits chaperone-like activity by binding the mature portion of unfolded proteins and aiding their mitochondrial import. Found in the cytoplasm and sometimes associated with the outer mitochondrial membrane, TOMM34 has weak ATPase activity and contains six TPR repeats.
