RMST2-33 단클론 항체는 mouse ST2 (IL-33R 또는 interleukin 1 receptor-like 1)와 반응합니다. ST2는 IL-1 수용체 패밀리에 속하며, 세포막형은 3개의 Ig 도메인과 intracellular toll-interleukin-1 receptor 도메인을 포함합니다. IL-33/ST2 상호작용은 Th2 사이토카인 생성 유도에 관여합니다.
ST2는 Th2 림프구, 비만세포, 호산구, 호염구, 선천성 림프구, 평활근세포, 내피세포 등에서 발현되며, 숙주 방어, 알레르기, 염증 반응에 관련됩니다. 또한 IL-33/ST2 상호작용은 동맥경화 보호 효과가 보고되었습니다.
RMST2-33은 in vitro assay에서 ST2를 결합 및 활성화하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
Applications Reported: Flow Cytometry 분석에 사용.
Applications Tested: Mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells 분석에 0.5 µg/test 이하로 사용 권장. 최적 성능을 위해 항체를 적절히 희석하여 사용합니다.
Target Information
IL-33R (ST2)는 IL-33의 수용체로, IL-1 receptor family에 속합니다. 세포외 도메인은 3개의 Ig-like domain으로 구성되며 IL-1RAcP 및 IL-33과 직접 상호작용합니다. IL-33 결합 시 MyD88, IRAK1, IRAK4, TRAF6 등의 adaptor protein을 통해 NF-κB 및 MAPK 경로를 활성화시켜 IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-13 등의 사이토카인을 분비합니다.
ST2L(막결합형)과 ST2S(가용형) 두 가지 주요 isoform이 있으며, 가용형은 decoy receptor로 작용하여 IL-33 신호를 억제할 수 있습니다.
IL-33R은 주로 mast cell, basophil, eosinophil에서 발현되며, mouse에서는 ILC2 및 Th2 세포에서도 발견됩니다. 알레르기, 관절염, 동맥경화, 패혈증 등 다양한 면역 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
