Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The HADH gene encodes a mitochondrial matrix enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of straight-chain 3-hydroxyacyl-CoAs as part of the beta-oxidation pathway. Its activity is highest with medium-chain-length fatty acids. Mutations in this gene can cause familial hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia. A related pseudogene exists on chromosome 15.
