Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed in cell systems such as HEK293. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CDK7 forms a trimeric complex with cyclin H and MNAT1, functioning as a Cdk-activating kinase (CAK). This complex is an essential component of the transcription factor TFIIH, involved in transcription initiation and DNA repair. It serves as a link between transcription regulation and the cell cycle. The bound complex contributes to double-strand break repair associated with BRCA1 function. CDK7 may be a target of germline cancer-inducing mutations.
