Target Information
DNA damage-binding protein은 HeLa 세포에서 124 kDa(DDB1) 및 41 kDa(DDB2) 폴리펩타이드와 연관되어 있습니다. XPE 환자 세포의 DNA 손상 결합 활성 결함이 DDB 결함에 의한 것인지 확인하기 위해, Keeney 등(1994)은 정제된 human DDB 단백질을 XPE 세포에 주입하였습니다.
