Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific).
The intestinal alkaline phosphatase gene encodes a digestive brush-border enzyme, which is upregulated during small intestinal epithelial cell differentiation.
