Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TET3 is a methylcytosine dioxygenase belonging to the ten-eleven-translocation (TET) family. It catalyzes the conversion of methylcytosine to 5-hydroxymethylcytosine and is highly expressed in hematopoietic cells.
Unlike TET2, TET3 mutations have not been observed in myeloid malignancies. TET3 is implicated in DNA demethylation during early embryogenesis and may contribute to epigenetic reprogramming in zygotic and somatic cell nuclear reprogramming.
