Target Information
CD35 (CR1, Complement Receptor 1)은 세포막 결합형 단량체 당단백질로, 보체 시스템의 주요 구성 요소인 C3b 및 C4b의 수용체 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 활성화된 보체에 결합한 입자 및 면역 복합체의 세포 결합을 매개하며, 면역 복합체 처리, C3b 복합체의 결합 및 식작용 촉진, 보체 활성 억제에 관여합니다.
CD35는 다음 세포에서 발현됩니다:
- Neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, B-cells, 일부 NK-cells, erythrocytes, myeloid leukemias, follicular dendritic reticulum cells
- Basophils에서는 음성
CD35 발현 감소 또는 유전자 변이는 담낭암, mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis, 전신성 홍반성 루푸스, 사르코이드증 등과 연관되어 있으며, 또한 Plasmodium falciparum rosetting 감소와 관련되어 중증 말라리아에 대한 보호 효과를 나타낼 수 있습니다.
CD35 유전자의 대립유전자 특이적 splice variants 및 분비형 isoform도 보고되어 있습니다.
