Target Information
IL-28A는 IL-10 슈퍼패밀리 내 새로운 사이토카인 계열인 IFN lambda 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 계열에는 IL-29 (IFN lambda 1), IL-28A (IFN lambda 2), IL-28B (IFN lambda 3)가 포함되며, Type III Interferons으로도 알려져 있습니다.
IFN lambda는 IL-10R2 및 IFN lambda R1 (IL-28R alpha)로 구성된 이형이량체 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며, Jak/STAT 경로를 통해 Type I IFN과 유사하게 작용합니다. 두 IFN 계열 모두 항바이러스 단백질 생산 유도 및 MHC class I 발현 증가를 통해 항바이러스 활성을 나타내며, 항증식 및 항종양 효과도 보입니다.
IFN lambda는 주로 수지상세포 및 일부 종양세포에서 반응하며, CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ 조절 T 세포 생성을 유도하여 면역조절적 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다.
