Target Information
CD35 (CR1, Complement Receptor 1)는 세포막에 존재하는 단량체성 당단백질로, C3b 및 C4b와 결합하여 보체 시스템의 주요 구성요소로 작용합니다.
CD35는 활성화된 보체 복합체를 포함한 입자 및 면역복합체의 세포 결합을 매개하며, 네 가지 allotype(C, A, B, D)을 가집니다.

- D: 250 kDa
이 단백질은 면역복합체 처리, C3b 복합체의 결합 및 식작용 촉진, 보체 활성 억제에 관여합니다.
CD35는 호중구, 호산구, 단핵구, B세포, 일부 NK세포, 적혈구, 골수성 백혈병 세포, 여포 수지상세포에서 발현되며, 호염기구에서는 음성입니다.
CD35 발현 감소 또는 유전자 변이는 담낭암, 사구체신염, 전신홍반루푸스, 사르코이드증과 관련이 있으며, 일부 변이는 말라리아 원충(Plasmodium falciparum)에 대한 보호 효과를 나타냅니다. 또한 다양한 스플라이스 변이체 및 분비형 형태도 보고되었습니다.
