Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
본 항체는 다양한 종에서 광범위한 반응성을 보입니다.

PGP9.5 (Protein Gene Product 9.5, UCH-L1, PARK5)는 신경 특이 단백질로, neuron specific enolase와 구조적 및 면역학적으로 구별됩니다.
분자량은 27 kDa이며, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase family 1 (peptidase family C12)에 속합니다.
PGP9.5는 ubiquitin hydrolase 및 ligase 활성을 가지며, ubiquitin 단량체를 생성합니다.
중추 및 말초 신경계의 신경세포와 신경섬유, 신경내분비 세포, 신장 세뇨관 일부, 정소의 정세포 및 Leydig 세포, 난자 및 황체 세포에 존재합니다.
PGP9.5의 과발현은 비소세포 폐암과 관련되고, 저발현은 헌팅턴병 및 알츠하이머병과 관련됩니다.
신경퇴행성 질환 연구 및 신경세포 표지자로 유용하게 사용됩니다.
