Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색에는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
- 본 항체는 광범위한 종에 대해 반응성을 보입니다.
Target Information
PGP9.5 (Protein Gene Product 9.5, UCH-L1, PARK5)는 뉴런 특이적 단백질로, neuron specific enolase와 구조적·면역학적으로 구별됩니다.
이 단백질은 27 kDa 크기의 유비퀴틴 카르복시말단 가수분해효소 패밀리(C12)에 속하며, 유비퀴틴 단량체를 생성하는 가수분해 및 연결효소 활성을 가집니다.
PGP9.5는 중추 및 말초 신경계의 뉴런과 신경섬유, 신경내분비세포, 신장 세뇨관 일부, 고환의 정원세포 및 Leydig 세포, 난자, 황체 세포 등에 존재합니다.
과발현 시 비소세포성 폐암과 관련이 있으며, 발현 저하는 헌팅턴병 및 알츠하이머병과 연관됩니다.
또한, 파킨슨병 등 신경퇴행성 질환 연구에서 신경세포 마커로 유용하게 사용됩니다.
