Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The MAGEA3 gene belongs to the MAGEA gene family, whose members share 50–80% sequence identity.
Promoter and first exon variability among MAGEA genes suggests differential transcriptional control of similar functional proteins.
MAGEA genes are clustered at Xq28 and have been associated with hereditary disorders such as dyskeratosis congenita.
