Target Information
OXSR1 (oxidative stress-responsive kinase 1, also known as OSR1) is a serine/threonine kinase activated by osmotic stress. It regulates downstream kinases such as PAK1 to initiate cellular responses to environmental stress. OXSR1 can be phosphorylated by ATM or ATR during DNA damage processes and may play a role in actin cytoskeleton regulation.
