Target Information
CD11b (integrin alpha-M, ITGAM, integrin alpha-X, ITGAX)는 165 kDa 접착 분자로 integrin beta-2 (CD18)와 비공유 결합하여 heterodimeric complex를 형성합니다. CD11b/CD18 복합체는 integrin alpha-M beta-2, Mac-1, CR3 (complement receptor 3)로도 알려져 있습니다.
CD11b는 단핵구/대식세포, 과립구, 활성화된 림프구, NK 세포 일부, 수지상세포 일부, 그리고 뇌의 미세아교세포 표면에 발현됩니다.
이 복합체는 ICAM-1, ICAM-2, ICAM-4, CD14, CD50, CD23, heparin, iC3b, fibrinogen, Factor X 등의 리간드에 결합하며, 세포 간 및 세포-기질 상호작용에 중요합니다.
CD11b는 비장에서 약 8%, 골수에서 44%, 흉선에서 1% 미만의 세포에서 발현되며, 신경 조직에서 미세아교세포 표지자로 자주 사용됩니다.
단핵구 성숙 과정에서 발현량이 증가하며, 조직 대식세포 간 발현 수준이 다릅니다. 복강 대식세포는 비장 대식세포보다 높은 CD11b 발현을 보입니다.
CD11b 기능 이상은 전신홍반루푸스(SLE) 및 ITGAM 관련 루푸스 감수성과 연관되어 있습니다.
