Target Information

NUDT6 (nudix-type motif 6)은 Nudix hydrolase 계열의 pyrophosphatase로, nucleoside diphosphate 유도체의 가수분해를 촉매합니다. FGF-2 유전자의 antisense 전사체로서 FGF-2 발현 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. FGF-2는 혈관신생, 신경외배엽 발달, 상처 치유에 중요한 역할을 하는 다기능 성장인자입니다. NUDT6은 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 생성된 두 가지 isoform으로 발현됩니다.
