Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PDE2A (phosphodiesterase 2A) is a 100 kDa cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with three isoforms (PDE2A1, PDE2A2, PDE2A3) generated by alternative splicing.
It hydrolyzes both cAMP and cGMP, with higher efficiency for cGMP. PDE2A is expressed in various tissues, especially in the brain (cerebellum and neocortex).
It has been implicated in erectile dysfunction and in the regulation of endothelial permeability and inflammatory cell transport.
