This antibody detects endogenous levels of ROCK2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr722.
Target Information
ROCK2 is the predominant ROCK isoform in skeletal muscle and functions as an important regulator downstream of Rho GTPases. It regulates cytokinesis, smooth muscle contraction, actin stress fiber and focal adhesion formation, and activation of the c-fos serum response element. ROCK2, an isozyme of ROCK1, is a target for the small GTPase Rho.
