Target Information
DYRK2 (dual-specificity tyrosine-(Y)-phosphorylation regulated kinase 2)는 세포 성장 및 발달에 관여하는 것으로 추정되는 단백질 키나아제 계열에 속합니다.
DYRK2는 구조적으로 유사한 키나아제 도메인과 티로신 잔기에 대한 자가 인산화 능력을 특징으로 합니다.
E. coli에서 발현된 DYRK2는 티로신 자가 인산화를 나타내며, in vitro에서 히스톤 H3 및 H2B를 인산화합니다.
또한 DYRK2는 DNA 손상에 반응하여 p53을 조절해 세포자멸(apoptosis)을 유도합니다.
