For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

BTLA (B and T-lymphocyte attenuator) is a co-inhibitory receptor belonging to the CD28 superfamily. It functions as a lymphocyte inhibitory receptor, modulating immune responses by inhibiting lymphocyte activation.
BTLA is constitutively expressed on most CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells, with expression decreasing upon T cell activation. It remains expressed on Th1 cells but not on Th2 cells.
BTLA interacts with the TNF receptor superfamily member HVEM (herpesvirus entry mediator), forming an important pathway for regulating lymphocyte activation and homeostasis during immune responses.
